This survey is for residents and business owners in the area generally bounded by University Avenue to the north, Mineral Point Road to the south, Franklin Avenue to the east, and Midvale Boulevard to the west, plus some parcels west of Midvale Boulevard. The Hoyt Park Area Joint Neighborhood Planning Committee is working on a neighborhood plan for our area and would like to hear from you. Your ideas, opinions and concerns will help us draft a detailed plan for the future of our part of Madison.

This is the beginning of a 12- to 24-month planning process. We are currently applying for a City grant that will enable us to retain professional assistance with the planning effort.
